Using state of the art professional processes and resources:

  satisfaction in their professional lives.

Many people seek employment. Many others are highly frustrated in their present career and don't know what other careers they might enter that will better use their motivation, skills and knowledge.

Through my one-on-one coaching in the Career Change Program, clients identify their core work-related values, work skills, career interests and work-related personality traits. Knowing and using these, they discover new attractive occupations and work areas that they or their friends may pursue.

I help my clients design and implement an efficient job search or discover ways to redesign their current job to better fit who they are.

Once they get the job they want, one that fits them, they are more likely to be highly satisfied in their work and career.
